Seven Palms Wellness is derived from different forms of workouts and meditation with our carefully curated classes designed to meet all abilities and any level of fitness. Our classes are limited to ensure everybody gets the support and attention they deserve. We supply all our guests with premium SUP equipment for the best experience on the water.

SP Wellness begins on the sand where we practise the correct Paddle Board technique before paddling to the floating Wellness platform on the water together.

PLUG IN + RECONNECT

SUP YOGA: Increases flexibility, coordination and core muscle strength necessary to maintain balance on the paddle board, providing an enormous sense of tranquility and harmony, surrounded by the sea and the beauty of nature.

SUP PILATES: Strengthens and sculpts your muscles whilst toning your core! When simply standing on a paddle board in water, your abdominal muscles become instantly activated to keep you balanced with your core engaged for the entire class. When practising fitness exercises on a paddle board, you naturally transition with more muscle control as opposed to momentum, resulting in a more intensified workout and greater core awareness.

SUP SOUND BATH

Float, listen and let go. Our SUP Sound Healing experience combines the gentle stillness of paddleboarding with the deeply restorative vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls. As you lie back on your board, sound waves move through the water and your body, guiding you into a state of deep relaxation and calm. Suitable for all levels, this is a peaceful, grounding experience that soothes the nervous system and reconnects you with the present moment.
